Credent
A revenue-based credit marketplace with private financials and a public lending ledger.
Proof without exposure.
Lenders need evidence of a business’s ability to repay. Sharing the whole set of books reveals much more than that decision requires.
The approach
Credent separates private revenue from public proof. A Noir circuit proves that a revenue threshold is met, while a hash-chained ledger records loans, settlements, and losses. A lockbox routes incoming payments to installments before releasing the operating balance.
The engineering choice
Privacy is an architectural boundary. Raw revenue stays in private tables, public endpoints are allow-listed, and on-chain inflows are aggregated across borrowers. Senior and junior tranches define how yield and losses flow through a pool.
A prototype on local chains and Solana devnet, with test-mode Stripe. It has not been audited and is not intended for real funds.
